I raised the float high today. It only has two positions so now it is at the highest fuel level. It's still doing the same thing. I also had a look at the fuel cap vent. It would appear that its working correctly, because when I filled the tank right up them rode it there was fuel spilled out around the top of the fuel tank. That tells me the cap isnâ€™t sealing very well so it shouldnâ€™t cause a vacuum in the fuel tank. I know that fuel is flowing well to the carb, I pulled the pipes off and they poured fuel out.
