You are right my first post was about de restricting my C50 AND I was given advice on that which begs the question WHY WERE THEY RESTRICTED in the first place if not to conform with the new legislation at the time !!?? Itâ€™s a 1982 and the restriction rule came in in 1977. ALL manufacturers exporting to the uk would have had to addeer to the rules .... I find it hard to believe that Honda just said s*d them we will do what we like ðŸ˜‚
Also the rules for new moped has no bearing on the old ones.... for example you could still ride a de restricted bike after 1977 it was just fased out by the fact they didnâ€™t build them anymore ðŸ‘
