New engine for Scruff Part 2

My other post had got rather long, so I thought it was time for a new one. I had reached the point of receiving my new YX140 cylinder head.
The first thing to do was to fit the missing dowel which goes in the end of the cam and centralises the sprocket. I've come across these missing before, but it should definitely be there as the hole through the cam is even counter bored to accept it.
Next up I set the tappets. I always set them to 0.1mm on a new head just in case the valves settle into their seats a bit during the running in period. After a couple of hundred miles, I re-set them to 0.05mm.
I’m keeping the stock cam during the running in period and then depending on how well the engine performs I may fit a Stomp Z40 cam, the same as is fitted to Scruffs current engine.
Next I popped the head onto the engine and everything fitted perfectly and even the cam chain length is spot on, with virtually no assistance from the tensioner. Unfortunately I am unable to tighten the head down just yet as I only had two of the thick M7 washers that sit under the nuts. Fortunately OO Racing sell them for just £1.66......plus VAT.....plus P&P, that will be £5.50 sir!
So this is the engine so far:
