Idle adjustment

Hello All.

I am still having great difficulty in finding the solution to my cutting out when returning to idle.

I have replaced the spark plug, cut the cable and connected the spark cap, cleaned out the carb, checked the air filter. (Thanks to those

)

When I kick start, the choke has to be almost fully open and it has to be a decent kick through as well.

When I come to a halt, it dies. Even if the engine is nice and warm.

So how do I adjust the idle speed please?

Also, does the oil mix affect the running and if so, how can I tell if this is happening and what do I do about fixing this?
