What a splendid engine build Neil. Glad you got the crank sorted with OO, they seem to be good on customer service which is nice. Just in case anyone buys something that isn't right for whatever reason, the laws changed last year regarding this. In your case of being supplied goods that are incorrectly supplied then the retailer pays the return postage, but good for you and OO it didn't have to go that far.

I know it's got nowt to do with your rebuild but seeing as it happened to you, here are two links that explain the new consumer law, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and what your rights are under it. One from Citizen's Advice and one from Which.
