The reason I was asking is 'cos I was considering buying a 2002 C90 which needs a new cylinder, well I've bought it now as the price was too good to miss and I will be able to measure it up against the 110 cylider/head kit.

The 110 engine is in a low state of tune so I wouldn't expect the kit to put that much stress on the C90 bottom end. I would simply fit a 50mm bore cylinder if I could find one, that would take the engine up to a displacement of 97cc.

Anyway now I have the choice, a replacement standard cylinder, 110 cylinder/head kit or buy a Lifan. It will be a week or two before I get my hands on the bike so plenty of time to come to a decision.
