I always sleep in my birthday suit, be it at the Dragon, Elefant, wherever. 
Insulation from the ground- Essential! I have bought a piece of 32mm Armaflex, money cannot buy better insulation. Head to hips 32mm, then for my legs a piece of 12mm. I use an argos hiking air mattress on top of this.
A good sleeping bag. Or two or three, one inside the other. Roomy, not too tight.
Lastly, and probably most important, A reet good hat, to wear in bed!
If you do get cold, pile your bike gear on top of you.
