I have fitted a large Puig screen and since fitting it I can hear a rythmic vibration noise.This was propably there before,but because of the wind noise I would not have heard it.The noise starts between 35 and 45 MPH being loudest at 40 MPH.I have checked the chaincase and it had been assembled incorrectly from new.VK from leeds told me the white plastic guide on top of the swingarm should have the upper and lower guides in the chaincase not outside it.I have put the chaincase over these guides,but it has made the noise a lot worse.It could be that the chain has a tight spot that is making the noise as it runs over the guide.Do all chains have a tight spot?would fitting a heavy duty chain cure the problem.Anyone had this problem? Thanks in advance for any help.
