its like a lot of other things. Its only worth what someone is prepared to pay for it. in my honest opinion all cubs fetch more money than they are actualy worth, easy enough to get a cub through MOT if the frame is solid though but no log book could be a problem, so as i say not comiting myself as to a value, it worth what you are prepared to pay. i would leave it alone. and find one ready to ride.
