It doesn't happen very often but when it does it'll do it three or four times in a row. It only sounds for about 30 seconds though. Mine, I think, is set off by large freight trains (railway line out the back) trundling past and/or the underground which we can sometimes feel and hear here. It's odd because you can move the bike a little and it won't sound off but move it just that little bit more and away it goes. Hub uses my topbox as a postbox and the dustmen sometimes bump the bike but it doesn't go off. So if the little lowlifes get your padlock off it's likely that this one won't go off until they start to move it.
