It's magnetic and fits nicely under the toolbox cover, I can arm and disarm it from my living room window which is handy if it goes off for no reason, (which it does from time to time). It's only a deterrent but they don't know where it is so can't go for it to disable it.
I've also got two alarmed cable locks but I found them to be too sensitive, set off by rain etc, so now they are just cable locks.
