I'm 6ft and 16 stone. Suffering with my back stopped me from riding little bikes..but I love them so much and have decided to get on with it. Anyway I was hoping to buy some shocks that would be something like what was on my sh300........, absorbed very well without bouncing all over.

Well the yss are certainly better than stock shocks in as much that they don't bounce you around as much and hold the bike better, but some times I feel like I'm getting kicked below my rib cage, taking in account a lot of the roads I go on are horrendous. I would say they are a little too hard, but if I have them on the softest setting and go full wack around a bend it feels like the back end is more vague, next or middle setting better, I put them up to full stiffness, but after awhile I got a very numb bumb.

I don't mind the original shocks too much, I just don't want to feel as fatigued as much when I get off, which these have helped with, but I wish I had some shocks that would sort of give me a custom bike sort of luxury,,,,,I can wish.

Would cg adjustable a fit? .. I think you may find the yss a bit stiff, but who knows. Let me know how you go on.
There is a cheesy youtube bid of the shocks I'll post....
