I've got a Wuyang 24B and it does that hesitating thing at full power that you talk of and I think it's something to do with that emissions magic box thingy that connects to the inlet stub.I have another Wuyang engine fitted to a C90 that doesn't have any of that gubbins fitted and it runs smooth(relatively

)all the way through the rev range. Neither bike is anywhere near as fast as a proper Innova though.
