Hi harry,
Is your wuyang the innova look a like with the key fob with a start button on it? Mine was the innova clone and was every bit as quick as the innova, also did 70+ mph down hill in 3rd gear and it still wanted to go......I did push it to the limit a lot of the time and it never failed to impress. However the the bloke who bought mine also had an innova, he said he solved the problem by putting an innova carb on it.........I can't vouch for this, but it's certainly worth a try. I can't speak highly enough of them, cracking little bikes and if the hesitation can be sorted I think there amazing value for the money.
I am enjoying my carb innova at the minute, gives me so many more thrills than any of the big bikes I have ever owned. The only other bike to genuinely impress me other than little Honda's/ wuyang's etc was my honda sh300.
