They took our maps away at the end (to wash and reuse?) so this is from memory, but we went close to 200 miles.
I'd like to ride some of it again so I'm mapping it out while it's still fresh-ish in my mind. I've already forgotten where we rode on the bit between Ammanford and Llandovery

Plotted on a low-detail map here because the OS 1:50k map is an unintelligible blur when zoomed out for a screenshot.
