Don't just give up on your existing 90 frame Griz, Harry told me you had asked him to put his hand up your arch outside the Aquarium at Matlock Bath last Sunday and that what he found up there was not of a favourable nature. However, I would weld it all up or if you don't have access to welding gear have someone weld it up for you. My daily 90 is largely plated on the inside due to being severely eaten away by the dreaded Ferrous Beetle. It was structural rot too, but I plated it all up some years ago now and have been all over on it since, including France and Belgium freighted up with camping gear etc. You need to turn the bike completely upside down with all the plastics off so you have good access to the effected area.
