Is the float still floating?
Reason I ask is the brass floats on my CM90 looked fine but were porus (as was the carb casting itself I eventually discovered).
If yours is the vertical type with the plastic float then I usually regind the needle tip into it's seat with a dab of metal polish to make sure it's sealing.
If the coil fires when cold and then stops as the bike warms up then try changing the condenser, even if you fitted a NOS one during the rebuild it will have spent many years on the shelf and could be faulty. Honda coils are usually very reliable.
