It's true C90's really are the perfect tool in snow. You don't need all the modifications Poppet and Swampy have, all you need is a pair of 70/100-17 MX tyres, nothing fancy, my front is a Bridgestone M401 which someone had dumped in the local quarry, and the rear is a Kings offering which we had tried out years ago at Wittering. Don't bother with Trials tyres or CatsPaws, I have tried them and they are useless, they just don't dig in at all.
