Am wondering if there are any experts here on the law? My late fiancee had filed a personal injury claim against me for a burn she recieved on the exhaust of my cub (please dont ask)
I am due to attend Aberystwyth county court for a hearing over this on the 13th of December. My question is what happens now that the claimant has died? I have tried to find answers online but can find nothing that answers my questions, am hopefull someone knowlegable person on here might have an answer for me. Thanks in advance.
