first off welcome to the townmate riders not as many as 90 s yet. sight glass is dirty because the old oil has stained it over the time its been standing take the side cover off after draining the oil lay it on its side pour some petrol in the glass bit and give it aclean with a small paint brush ,be carefull of the gasket on the side cover, or you will have a oil leak
