Basicly what i want to do is just ride a moped at 16 on L plates, the basic requirments is for it to be 50cc, now i could just cheat and change the log book to say i put a 50 in there but if they dyno it it will be over 31 mph (Limit of how fast the bick should go on L plates) So im wondering how could i conver my 70 to be a 50
