Honda Lead air filter removal.

Honda Lead air filter removal.

Could anybody help I cannot see how to remove the top screws from the filter cover which are hidden under the panel. To remove the panel means taking several over lapping panels off. “BIG JOB”.

As the engine assembly forms part of the swinging arm is it possible to unlatch something which will let the arm swing lower & expose the screws?
