Twitching ?? Hesitating???

My C90 seems to twitch?? Hesitate ?? When you are running at a constant speed. You can feel it lurching slightly. I'm out of ideas I've replaced:

Needle and jet to a genuine one
Air filter genuine
Air filter inlet genuine
HT cap for NGK/snipped a bit off HT lead cleaned the coil
Genuine gasket between carb and inlet

I took plug off earlier and it was white so indicating a lean mixture. The only other thing is I got a S/H genuine ignition barrel when I got it so wondered if that was at fault. It goes well it just twitches at a constant speed.

Confused??
