Engine flush or Fuel system cleaner. The replies you've had are for fuel system not 'engine' cleaner.
I have used redex fuel sytem cleaner before and it sort of seems to work.
Engine flush, I use on every vehicle I/we own, at every oil change. In a Cub, just warm up the engine then add about 100ml of engine flush to the old oil. run it on a fast idle for about 15-20 mins. Drain the oil, add fresh oil and away you go.
