The underside of the mudguard was underseald but unfortunately the water gets between the skins and rotâ€™s out in both directions. I spent the afternoon grinding out the inner skin, next Iâ€™ll grind back the outer skin until I find something solid enough to weld to and then weld in a single thick section of sheet. Replace the underseal, hand paint the new section and Scruff will live on. In the mean time iâ€™ll ride Big Mig.
