check the final drive gearing, standard for that bike is 15 tooth front sprocket and 39 tooth rear. changing the front sprocket to a 16 tooth will make noticable differance, most 90 riders use 16/39 gearing, as said above make sure the choke flap is fully open. and that your chain is well lubricated.
