Not far off.....
New plug, check the tappets . new oil....
Drain the carb into a clear jamjar, & look for any dirt / water.
There is also a small filter underneath the tap, but be careful replacing it as its a fine thread & just needs nipping up lightly !
A 16t front sprocket helps the engine , std is a 15
