My motto all my adult life has been "Adapt and survive" and the use of the Play Doh is a fine example

I think my best example was when I was working in the North Sea on a stabilised platform for a satellite dish. I needed a photo-coupler which of course I did not have with me. I asked the Radio Op if he had any broken printers which confused him, how did I propose to fix a fancy satellite tracking system with a broken printer? The carriage return on a printer is stopped when a lever enters a photo-coupler so I just picked the one that would fit best. "Adapt and survive" - great.
