Hi, i actually managed to get an answer from 2 out of 3 places today - Hoora!
one was that acton field you mentioned wightegi and the other was the trooper inn. both are available and both have good points.1) the acton site has loads of space and is 10min walk to pub , 15 miles from museum. there is folk festival in Swanage but its a six mile walk there and back 2) the trooper inn looks a really nice pub with awards . pub of the year 2013, real ales. camping was mentioned in evening standard "10 of Dorset's best attractions and camping spots" . camping looks very reasonably priced. they do food on Fridays but only fish and chips it seems. I explained that some xtra guys might turn up after i book the six who are definite and she was fine with that but she needed to know for certain about camper vans which bcp,s could be?? . 22 miles from museum. This one could be better if its raining?.
Has anyone got an opinion? leave a message or text me by midday tomorrow and I,ll book it . I could flip a coin if needs be. tally ho!.
