I've got the early Innova as well and I also suffer with severe bum ache after about 80 miles (smooth roads) and 50 miles (bumpier roads), but I can go all day on my C90.

I know you can get gel pads that fasten under the seat itself and are supposed to make it more comfortable (Phil of Farnborough) showed me his, but as has been pointed out, it makes the riding position higher.

Another advantage of the C90 over the Innova I think.
