It might be a good engine anyway. I've been running a Wuyang 125 from a Chinese wave-alike in my Cub for about 9,000 miles, bought from a breakers with unknown mileage and history and it's fine. Uses no oil, stays in gear, all good..

What's the engine number say? (same place as a Cub, behind the gear pedal) That should include a factory code.
