Check that one key fits ignition and the helmet lock and the steering lock.If its not all the same key then it may have a dubious past.
Tyres check the wear its not a killer but will cost you.
Start it and listen to it if the exhaust blows its another few quid off and if its claimed low mileage check the foot rubbers if they are worn its been clocked.
Check it sits up on the centre stand they wear out seize and are a bugger to replace.
