Rear arch between the shocks - a must check item on any cub as rot is difficult to fix.
Frame where the main tube meets the pressed steel part - if it's been off roaded hard then it can kink.
Fork bushes - usually shot but reasonably easy fix but a good bargaining point.
Chain and sprockets - as above
Seat pan not rotten
Kick start doesn't slip against compression - another reasonably easy fix but good bargaining point.
