Innova Air Filter Check/Clean/Replace Procedure?

2009 fuel injected Innova 125cc, owned from new, with 13,000 kms on the clock now.
Bike runs like a dream, but I have never touched or even looked at the air filter or spark plug yet.

Can anyone tell me the simple Innova Air Filter & spark plug Check/Clean/Replace Procedure?

(Also should I be removing the little bit of water that has collected in the little drain pipe thingy at the front of the engine, or just leave it?)
