Honda Cub identification

I am embarking on the restoration of a 1986 Honda Super Cub - it says Super Cub on the front.
A Kiwi returning from Vietnam brought it in as a personal import in 2016. It is registered as 50cc but I am not sure if it is. The NZTA have it coming from China, but I assume that is a mistake - perhaps they don't have Vietnam on their database!
The frame number is RN8DCB11HYBB065001
The engine number is VZS139FMB 065001
So it would seem the engine number and frame number match as they have the same last 6 digits.
I have scoured the web looking at Cub engine and frame number databases but these numbers don't seem to relate to any know types.
Can anyone help to identify it and the engine size?
