Always been fine except on one occasion. The customer service was shocking. I was blamed for the mistake and the phone was put down on me when i asked for their name. Go on Trustpilot and give them a good slagging off. The higher up managers will soon be in contact you to sort it out. Just don't adjust the Trustpilot after the resolve. Leave it for others to see.
