M&P Swansea Wales. Anyone ever used this company?

A couple of years ago I had a problem with this company, they sent me the wrong item 3 times over. I swore I would never use them again, however recently in my rush to buy some C90 parts, I forgot about my previous experience and ordered a chain and sprocket set from them. Guess what I had delivered in the post? a large battery weighing just under 5 kilos!

not something easily mistaken for a chain and sprocket set. I'm still in the process of trying to get my money back but their customer service is next to useless.
Looking at their feedback on Ebay it seems they have a problem with mixed up orders.

anyone else had any problems?
