I am not sure on the dating certificate on that one, if you have a certified documentation from a DVLA approved/recognised source.
My tiger cub when re-registered by a previous owner, as its original number plate. In the paperwork i had with the bike, was a list from the bikes original registration office. It as a list of registration numbers, frame numbers and the dates when they were registered. It must of came from a owners club.
If you can get the original reg number, it will be none transferable.
