Insurance companies are the biggest thieves.

Insurance is doing every thing to make sure they don't pay out, and doing nothing to find the bike or put pressure on the police to find it.
It was stolen on the evening of Tue 7th March (police informed).
Since Wednesday i have had a conference call with the insurance and DVLA to check that i have a licence and its clean as stated.
I have had a 40 minute phone interview which was basically accusing me of the theft.
Today i had an insurance claim investigator wanting to come and take photos of the inside and out side of my garage, even though the bike was stolen at work, 17 miles away and not parked in the garage.
I contacted the insurance company and told them that no photos will be taken inside due to privacy. They agreed.
I asked what they had done to find my bike? They said that they had made one attempt to call my company for the CCTV footage, but could not get through. I told them that i was going to report them to the ombudsman due to all the accusation's and little interest in collecting evidence or hassling the police.
They are thieving scum and will try any thing to find a fault, >:( so they don't have to pay.
