A bit more work done. Gave up on trying to modify the 6vc90 cigar shape exhaust to fit the bike. It needs flattening at the rear and mounting plates mate up. In the end i modified a C100 exhaust. It doesn't look to bad at all.
Next up was the seat. I was going to use the original seat base but i could not remove the foam from the spare seat.
I blasted the spare seat base, then painted and lacquered it. Fitted a new seat cover which came in from Canada.
I also blasted and painted a slightly battered chain case.
