The odd thing is, I went to bed last night and as I lay there in the dark before drifting off to sleep I thought to myself it's ages since I visited the old faithful message board. So here I am and looking back, the last time I visited would have been about the 2nd of November 
A disgrace !
My trouble seems to be since my redundancy in June 2015, I thought I would have much more time on my hands but in fact I seem to have less time despite me thinking otherwise having taken on several bits of part time employment.
None the less I still ride me 90 to commute and run errands where I can, even one day this week when we had a pea soup fog lingering all day.
Always good to get back on here, such a great bunch of down to earth folk with non existent ego's.... Just reading this thread has made me chuckle, what with Radar's head issues and Harry fighting his urge for a Maxi 
Sorry to learn of Neil's heart attack, I really do wish you all the best mate. Exercise is always good and I have been doing some cycling myself but my biggest issue is that I really don't feel safe out on the road on a bicycle, whether it's me getting older or standards of driving have fallen but I feel so vulnerable and have been cut up so much I don't find any pleasure in it now but recognise that I do need to keep as fit a possible.
