Wow! Absolutely great to hear from you and really sorry to hear about what sounds like a particularly bad spell of depression but conversely I'm pleased to hear you are on the up and up and that the great little Annie is healthy and well and good company. Many members on here have asked about you so always remember you will always have fond friends amongst us here.
Quite an epic tour of Scotland by the sound of things and that puncture experience would have been enough for any of us to contend with. Hats off to you.
I look forward to seeing you at Rhayader, it has the makings of a real good do this year
