There is no emissions check on motorcycle MOT's as yet.
There is also no speedo check.
You will need working indicators and brake light switches on both pedal and lever.
The tyre designation does not mean it's a radial, it would say so on the sidewall, the inch designation like 2.75 simply means it's 2.75 inch and 100% profile, whereas something like 120-90 means 120 MM wide but 90% profile so it's slightly lower profile and it's rolling diameter is smaller.
Be sure the steering head bearings, wheel bearings and swing arm bushes are good though as these tend to be made of 'fail very quickly' materials on Chinese bikes.
