Get some car wash shampoo. Put a couple of egg cup fulls in about 2.5 ltrs of hot water and wash the plastics down using a microfiber cloth. The cloth does not need to be dripping wet and keep washing it out in the solution. I think you will find this is the quickest and cheapest option. You can go over the dash etc with a dry microfibre cloth afterwards to buff it up. Using this method you can clean any part of the vehicle, seats, carpets, very good for glass and the results are surprisingly good.
