Not sure on that one. Usually if you have an accident where two vehicles are concerned both parties exchange their insurance details and leave the insurance companies to sort out the liability.
The company in the link you have provided state quote.."If the accident is not your fault" etc then contact them and not your own insurer!
my question would be who is to say who's fault it is? accidents are rarely cut and dry occasions, there are exceptions such as if someone shunts you in the rear then generally the liability would be on that driver but other than that?
Also there would be no loss of "no claims bonus" or "excess payment"
if an insurance claim went your way, so I can't see any benefit in using a second party law/ company in insurance claims.
In fact I would say its a bit risky and could nullify a persons existing insurance policy because that company (in the link) are acting as a second party insurer as opposed to just legal cover.
Legal cover is for your protection when things don't get sorted out through the normal insurance channels.
