Some people simply fit a 110cc Lifan semi automatic engine and use the C90 carb and exhaust,which will give you the benefit of a 4speed gearbox,more uphill grunt,very little increase in top speed,but a much stronger performing bike. Bogger did this and pretended it was a very powerful 90 for some time.Diesel Dave and Nutter Neil on here have spent years experimenting with all sorts of mods to get some pretty impressive results.Come to one of the C90 Bimbles and if you are really nice to them,they might give you a few good ideas. Generally,from what I can see,if you want to get 65mph,you need at least 140cc and then the challenge is to make it reliable.Good luck.
