Tried to fit the new rear wheel to my 88 cub today......... brake side bearing housing was dead fit in brake plate but an hour with the dremel on the plate created clearance. All appeared well until tightening the spindle nut when the wheel was almost locked. Wheel is supposed to fit up to 95 then the later brake plate is required. Or have I got that the wrong way around. Does anybody know the story. I have a lathe so can turn spacers and bushes. Will get the digital calipers out on the new and old wheels when I get time. Thanks.
