Managed to get a long weekend pass so joined Bogger/iron side(hi tec pete/Jason/nige and bcp on a forign affair...Well a nice 5 hour run (staying mostly away from the motorway using mostly the A272) got me to Dover at 2pm.Being a ferry virgin (usually go tunnel) not sure what the craic was as I was 2 hours early,rolled up to passport check who waived me straight through,so on to check in window. I took off my skidlid and apologised to the check in lady about the state of now very messy (and very grey!) hair...she said ooh you look like that Philip Schofield off the telly,I wasn't sure if that was a compliment...or not...Anyway she let me on the very next boat for no extra charge so no hanging around! I was at the bottom and arse end of the boat with mostly foreign wagons...nice...well 90 mins later role out into Calais and pointed the Honda towards Guines, about half hour later found the campsite/booked in and pitched up! I was the first man there! I win I win! Well a good few hours later the others rolled up less Andy who managed to melt his dipstick and turn his engine GOLD with heat on the M1 which is where they left him...nice...think I'll do this in 2 parts as can't be arsed to do it all now/so here's half the pics as well!![img]
