Sounds like a bargain Nick. The exhausts really are the limiting factor as no longer available. I see a very good condition CT 200 zorst up for £1200. I've seen lots of CT's sold, but few seem to come on the streets, I think lack of parts defeats a lot of people.

At Dave Silvers he has some of his restored bikes on display. He patches the exhausts, then paints the area with high temperature silver paint. It looks ok.
So I wouldn't be too hasty to chuck anything away.

If you find it has the OHV unit and you are set on a 12v lump, I would probably have something here to trade for your OHV lump if you were interested?

I do have a couple of zorsts, but TBH at the price I'd want to let them go, they'll only appeal to someone doing a full restoration. They stand me in just under £500, and I'll be looking for a profit on that.

Also, I've been tipped the nod on a good tube bending place, so I may investigate getting some pattern headers made up, then look at adapting silencers to fit the CT's. Something needs to be done or they are going to disappear.
