Yep, 3rd down...is correct.
Have you carried out a plug chop yet ?
When cleaning the carb make sure you clean both jets & the fuel valve....
Also, check your tappets ...could be a tight exhaust tappet....
Check out the Maintenance pages ( A STICKY ) at the top of the main board....
